Personal Training classes
1 month commitment, 12 athlete max
Small group personal training classes are one month programs that cover different skills and . The one-time cost covers one hour-long weekly training sessions for a month long program. Because there is a 12 player max per program, classes fill up fast. Book today to reserve your seat, or give us a call if you have any questions. After each program is over, we begin to schedule the next. These classes are an affordable way for a player to get extra reps a week and continue to fine-tune and build their stamina. This class is exactly what players need to help build their presence on the field and keep up with today's generation of softball players.
There will be 2 different sessions run for both each age group. Players can register for one or both sessions. Remember, members of The Backstop get a chance to register before anyone else, so reach out to us about available membership options!
