Defense Class (Middle School)

This class is the perfect fit for any athlete who likes a competitive environment, and needs to fine tune mechanics and get QUALITY reps so they are game ready.

These hour classes are less about one on one instruction but rather great additions to lessons for a cheaper way to master skills. They are also great for the player who just needs to get quality reps in to stay ready and prepared during tournament season!

These classes will work on footwork, transfers, different arm slots, and just overall throwing and fielding mechanics.

These are NOT for beginners who need to learn the basics. These are for players who know basics and want to become more advanced and prepared for tournament play. Defense WINS GAMES.
