About the Event
This 5 week class will focus on keeping your swing game ready throughout the summer travel season. This class will consist of max 5 players in each session. Salve Coach, Holly Kathios, will be running this 5 week hitting class. This is not something for beginner hitters, but rather to fine tune and provide reps and pitch recongnition training while they are in their travel seasons.
This class will be the first at The Backstop to introduce our newest training tool, Oculus Virtual Reality Training. We are very excited to have hitters be able to use WINReality and bring their game to the next level. WINReality works on pitch recognition, swing decision timing, strikezone awareness and even the ability to combat pitch tunneling through VR trainging.
Class will include:
- PVC Work
- Tee stations
- Video Analysis on Hittrax
- Front toss
- WINReality VR training
5weeks ( June:15th, 22nd July: 6th, 13th, & 20th)
Session 1: 6:00-7:30pm (14u &12u)
Session 2: 7:30-9pm (18u &16u)
